I recently stayed at Taisugar Hotel for a two-night family trip, and while the place isn't fancy, it provided a comfortable base for our adventures. The location is fantastic, right across from the MRT station for easy travel. The friendly staff, especially Amy and Jamie, made our experience pleasant with their helpfulness. The rooms are clean, the environment is quiet, and the fast Wi-Fi was a great bonus. Breakfast was adequate, offering enough variety to start our day.
I do recommend this hotel.

Room don’t have cabinet, sofa and don’t have washing machine at hotel. Not convenient for family member to stay. I will only rate them rate 2 of 10. Not recommended and not worth at all.

I really enjoyed my stay here; the value for what I paid was excellent. The room was spacious, and the location made it super easy to explore shops and restaurants, plus the front desk team was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could use a few more options to choose from.

I was really happy with the location! It’s super close to the MRT, which made it easy to get around. The breakfast had a decent variety, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.
The reception service left much to be desired. They seemed robotic and unhelpful when I asked for recommendations. The family room was definitely not family-friendly; no proper closet space and it felt cold inside. Plus, breakfast wasn’t restocked after 9:30, which was a bummer! I expected more for the price.

The location is solid—right across from a huge shopping area and just a quick walk to the subway. Super convenient for getting around! Plus, the room was pretty spacious compared to other city hotels I’ve stayed in.
But the experience was far from great. The air conditioning was a nightmare; it kept blasting cold air when it should’ve been off! the breakfast selection never changed, and it felt like a rush to get anything after 9:30 AM. not the most comfortable stay.

Excellent service and helpful staff
During our stay at Taisugar Hotel, we were impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had. One particular staff member stood out - a receptionist who went above and beyond to provide us with helpful information and recommendations for our sightseeing plans.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a limited selection of breakfast items and difficulties adjusting the room temperature, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.
